My copics are slowly drying up (at least most of my darker colors, browns) so I decided to take a break from my spreads and just make a pencil doodle. Then I scanned that in and thought, "let's try coloring." Digital painting has never really... clicked for me, and I always wondered why.

I guess the best way is to keep going at it, one day it will work itself out? Also, my tablet has been acting up T_T every 3-5 strokes, it will lose pressure sensitivity and make a huge line. Like... when your pen blotches ink every now and then, except it's happening in Photoshop and Photoshop only. Tried several things to fix it without prevailing.

So this started off as a doodle and became something more! Happy with it for now.

That happened to me. The whole tablet thing. What you want to do is when you open Photoshop, like RIGHT AFTER YOU CLICK THE ICON, hold down the Shift, Alt, and Ctrl buttons on your keyboard. It will prompt you with a message saying "Do you want to delete the photoshop setting file". Click yes. Photoshop will be back to factory settings and your tablet should work.

That's what a guy at Wacom told me to do.

Wow. Even though digital painting's not your forte this is still pretty impressive. And speaking of copics drying up, I've got a ton to replace...

It looks great. That happens to my tablet pen in photoshop, too. It only happened after my sister lobbed it down the stairs, though.
