**** I will add more final touches. I got too excited to post this ****
This is my first time attempting a serious fanart. It's also my first time doing a double-page spread, not to mention in full color. Done completely with traditional media It's also my first time spending over 15 hours on a drawing, ever. I spent at least 25 hours on this, on and off... It's also my first time drawing more than 2 characters in a drawing. First time drawing full bodied-characters. So, so many firsts... The game seemed to go by quietly, but I found it a very refreshing play. Some of it was cheesy but if you can look over that, it's enjoyable. I wanted to apply Nomura's thick lineart and lanky legs/arms with big feet. I also loved the settings for the game - especially the Udagawa Backstreets. I could go on and on about this spread; I've spent so much time on it and with it. It really was a learning process. - - - - - - - - - - - - Tools: Copic Sketch markers, acrylic paint Time: 25+ hours...? on and off over 1.5 weeks. |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices.
