Waiting... for whom?

I imagined a bride whose groom left her at the alter because of an emergency, and she waited many many years for him. The best man, who is too in love with the bride, wanted to grant her wishes, so as a scientist he tried to eternalize the moment, so she could wait for her groom. Ahahaha yes there is always a silly backstory to my drawings that seem almost too irrelevent. So here she is, waiting...

I took a lot of old concepts and merged them into one. The background building, I learned how to draw it by seeing Babiry's drawings many times OTL It was especially fun to focus on small details. All the glows in the background are done manually, as in, by hand!

This one was fun because I stopped drawing for everybody else, and just drew for myself.
